Application Details
- Glass curtain wall structural bonding and sealing.
- Aluminum curtain wall structural assembly.
- Glass skylights and daylighting roof systems.
- Metal structure engineering applications.
- Insulating glass bonding.
- Structural glazing projects requiring high-strength silicone bonding.
Application Process
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Apply using a suitable caulking gun. Tool the sealant immediately after application. Allow the sealant to cure naturally from the surface inward. Surface drying time is approximately 40–60 minutes at 25°C and 50% RH. Higher temperature and humidity accelerate curing.
Packaging Sizes
- 300 ml cartridge – 24 cartridges per carton.
- 600 ml sausage – 20 sausages per carton.
- Color- Black , Clear
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store below 27°C in original unopened packaging.
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Special Note & Safety
Perform adhesion and compatibility tests before large-scale use. Curing speed depends on temperature and humidity. Technical values are typical laboratory results and should not be considered product specifications. Follow recommended safety procedures during handling and application.
