Application Process

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, and contaminants. Apply a suitable primer to improve adhesion and seal the substrate. Allow the primer to cure completely. Mix the selected binder thoroughly according to the recommended ratio. Add clean and dry decorative aggregates into the mixed binder. Blend until all aggregates are uniformly coated. Spread and level the mixture to the required thickness. Compact and finish the surface using appropriate finishing tools. Allow adequate curing before foot traffic or vehicle use. Apply a protective coating where enhanced UV resistance or gloss is required.
