Application Process

Clean and dry all bonding surfaces thoroughly. Remove dust, oil, grease, and contaminants. Apply primer if required by the substrate or product grade. Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. Apply adhesive using a manual or pneumatic sealant gun. Position the glass or component immediately after application. Apply uniform pressure to ensure complete contact. Allow adequate curing time before moving or operating the vehicle. Follow the recommended curing and safety guidelines for optimum performance.
